The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate applied at the time of transaction. For cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20), conversion to MYR equivalent is applied based on the exchange rate at the time the deposit is credited to your account.
The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction unless a specific payment method or promotional offer specifies otherwise. 88probet reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds being deposited are your own lawfully obtained personal funds. The use of third-party payment methods, funds of uncertain origin, or funds derived from criminal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, fund confiscation pending investigation, and reporting to relevant authorities where required.
E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are generally credited instantly. FPX bank transfers typically credit within 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits require at least one network confirmation and generally credit within 15–30 minutes. 88probet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network congestion.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Cashier section of your account. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus means you must wager a total of RM2,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds and any associated free spins will expire 30 days from the date of issue if wagering requirements have not been met within that period. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account without notice or compensation.
All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the applicable game rules, sports betting rules, and specific market rules in force at the time the bet is placed. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game or market.
88probet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed by users identified as professional gamblers, arbitrage bettors, or individuals exploiting pricing errors. Bets placed on obvious or manifest pricing errors will be voided regardless of the stated outcome.
Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other major competitions — are governed by 88probet's Sports Betting Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key principles include: bets stand regardless of score changes in in-play markets once confirmed; abandoned or postponed events follow the settlement rules specific to each market; and 88probet's decision on the outcome of any disputed bet is final subject to the internal review process described in Section 9.3.
If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with our customer support team within 72 hours of the bet settlement. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. 88probet will conduct an internal review and issue a decision within 10 business days. All decisions made through this process are final and binding.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88probet Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, confiscation of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
88probet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) the account has been used in violation of these Terms; (b) activity on the account poses a financial, legal, or regulatory risk to the Company; (c) the account holder has provided false or misleading registration information; or (d) continued operation of the account would be contrary to responsible gambling obligations.
You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure of an account in good standing, your remaining real-money Balance (less any non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after satisfactory KYC verification.
Upon account closure, whether initiated by 88probet or the User, all outstanding bonus balances, unclaimed promotions, and loyalty points are forfeited. Accounts closed due to a violation of these Terms may have their real-money Balances withheld pending investigation. Where funds are withheld, the User will be notified and given an opportunity to contest the decision through our support team.

Without limiting the foregoing, 88probet specifically disclaims liability for: (a) losses arising from system outages, technical errors, or interruptions to Platform availability; (b) losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your own failure to maintain account security; (c) losses arising from decisions made based on information displayed on the Platform that was subject to a technical error; (d) losses resulting from changes to game rules, odds, or market terms in accordance with these Terms.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, 88probet's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
88probet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time.
